First position: Senior Addis Ababa System Administrator

Summary of Work:

The vital task of keeping the Bank’s computer systems up to date falls within the purview of the Senior Systems. Furthermore, installing, maintaining, configuring, and updating operating systems, end-user apps, IT hardware, and support systems will fall under his or her purview.

Educational history

• A bachelor’s degree in any comparable field, such as computer science, information systems, computer engineering, or information technology.

A+ or MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) professional certification is an added benefit.

a minimum of five(5) years of experience in the field.

Position 2: Re-advertised District Credit Analyst for the Bahir Dar District Office

Summary of Work:

In the District Office, tasks about credit analysis and appraisal fall under the purview of the Credit Analyst. These include determining and reducing factors associated with credit risk(s); conducting thorough credit analysis and appraisal using the proper analysis techniques; and guaranteeing that the analysis’s conclusions are accurate and true by the Bank’s policies and procedures.

educational history

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as banking, finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.

a minimum of five years of banking experience, with at least two of those years spent in the credit department.

 

 

Position 3: Addis Ababa Loan Provisioning Officer

Summary of Work:

Assisting in the monitoring of the Bank’s loan provision capacity by capital adequacy, asset quality, management soundness, revenue and profitability, liquidity, and sensitivity analysis is the responsibility of the Loan Provisioning Officer.

educational history

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as banking, finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.

four(4) years or more of relevant banking experience.

 

 

Position 4: Pool under Hawassa District: Branch Relationship Officer

Summary of Work:

With the help of excellent relationship management for both new and current clients at the designated branch, the Branch Relationship Officer will be in charge of attaining business growth for Retail, MSME, and IFB Banking. Maintaining customer satisfaction will be necessary to keep both current and new customers, which will lead to the creation of new business through cross-selling opportunities.

educational history

• A bachelor’s degree in information technology, banking, finance, management, marketing management, business administration, or similar fields.

courses and training related to domestic, international, credit, and IFB banking operations

four(4) years of minimum relevant experience.

Position 5: Hawassa District Customer Service Manager – Pool

Summary of Work:

To ensure operational excellence and deliver exceptional services for high customer satisfaction levels, the Customer Service Manager will assist the Branch Manager in coordinating all activities of the Customer Service Officers (Maker/Checkers) and Senior Customer Service Officers (Cash/Accounts) within the Branch. This will support the Bank’s growth.

Six (6) years of minimum banking experience

Post 6: Manager of the Relief Branch for the Hawassa District

Summary of Work:

A branch office’s banking operations will be planned, coordinated, led, and overseen by the branch manager. He or she will make sure that all employees follow the country’s legal requirements, regulator orders, and the Bank’s operating procedures, rules, and code of practices. Additionally, s/he will oversee the branch’s business development and sales initiatives.

In addition, the branch manager will oversee operational excellence within the branch and spearhead customer service initiatives. Annual budgets, work plans, and activity and progress reports will be prepared and submitted by him or her. Along with actively promoting the Bank’s services, the jobholder will stay in close contact with the business community and take part in a variety of community events.

• A bachelor’s degree in an area linked to business, such as business administration, management, accounting, or economics

seven (7) years minimum of relevant experience, with one (1) year spent in a supervisory role.
