Position 1: Accountant

Skills, Experience & Education:

The position is structured to report to the Financial Accountant.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

        General Accounting:

• Keep track of everyday transactions and general ledger accounts.
• Bank statements and accounts payable/receivable should be reconciled.
• Oversee the processes for accounts payable and receivable.
• Examine and accept vendor payments and invoices.
• Close the annual and monthly logs.

Position 2: Women Management Trainee

Skills, Experience & Education:

• a BSC in Chemical Engineering and a minimum of five years of experience in a manufacturing or FMCG setting with exposure to leadership responsibilities in the areas of Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality.
• Mechanical engineering BSC degree plus at least five years of relevant logistics or manufacturing experience, including exposure to leadership responsibilities.
• A minimum of five years of experience in Sales, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Public Affairs, and Communication, or a similar degree, in a manufacturing or FMCG environment with exposure to leadership responsibilities, is required for a BA in Management, Economics, Accounting, or Marketing Management.

In keeping with this, we are thrilled to extend an invitation to deserving and enthusiastic female candidates for one of the programs, the Women Management Trainee Program (WMTP), which aims to equip brave and high-potential women with the necessary skill set, attitude, and leadership competencies in order to position them for leadership roles.

In order to provide candidates with the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitude, the learning is intended to be experiential and involve the full application of the 70:20:10 learning methods. It will take 12 to 18 months and involve a variety of learning approaches, including job rotation, coaching and mentoring, classroom training, shadowing and exposure, e-learning, peer learning and reflection, business improvement projects, and others.

Candidates selected for this program will fall into the management category and be eligible for its benefits.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Agrees to undertake the full training program (which may include both the theoretical and practical Trainings program).
2. Pursues the training given by company diligently by taking the full ownership and demonstrates that he/she has acquired the desired knowledge and skill at each stage of the training program.
3. Handles properly and carefully all training materials, including tools, training equipment and other objects entrusted to him whether for the purpose of training or otherwise.
4. The Trainee shall regularly and punctually attend all courses whether theoretical or practical.
