In Africa, beU delivery is a food delivery service that operates on demand. We provide our customers with a wide range of local restaurants and door-to-door food delivery services so they can enjoy their favorite meals in the convenience of their own home or place of business. Being 67% less expensive than our competitors, we are Ethiopia’s top food delivery service, making meal delivery accessible to the general public. Our goal is to become the super APP of Africa by eventually expanding our services to new markets.

Role: Customer Service Agent


• Outstanding ability to handle and persuade customers.
• A higher level of education.
• Proficient in speaking, writing, listening, and reading English.
• Capacity to function well under duress.
• Communication and problem-solving abilities


Call clients and customers to inform them of the company’s new policies, services, and products. De-escalate situations involving disgruntled customers by providing patient assistance and support. Answer customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their questions and concerns.
• Work together with other call center specialists to enhance customer service by helping callers with troubleshooting, navigating the company website, or using the products or services.
• Assist in educating and acquainting new hires with the company’s customer management procedures.
Keeping lines of communication open and strong with drivers and restaurants; allocating drivers to specific orders and monitoring them; providing drivers with ongoing support during deliveries by responding to their questions and informing them of any changes
