1st Position: Branch Cashier
Qualifications: BA Accounting, Accounting, and Finance / level IV (4) The completion of the COC requirement is required.
Experience: 1+ years of banking and/or microfinance experience is preferred.
Junior Secretary Position 2
Bachelor’s degree in secretarial science, office management, and information technology.
Experience: 1 year of related work experience (Female Only)
Position 3: Secretary to the Board of Directors
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management, IT, and a legal background
Experience: 4 years in related work, including 2 years in banking and/or microfinance in a management position.
Senior Accountant (position 4)
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or accounting and finance preferred.
Experience: 3 years of related work experience is required, with a minimum of 2 years in banking and/or microfinance.
Branch Accountant II (position 5)
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or accounting and finance or a related field.
Experience: 2 years of related work experience, with 1 year of experience in banking and/or microfinance preferred.
Senior Marketing Officer (position 6)
BA Degree in Marketing, Business Management, and Related Subjects
3 years of experience or more Experience. Experience with digital marketing is required.
Department Manager of Resource Mobilization, Position 7
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is required.
Experience: 5/7 years of related work experience, with at least 4 years in banking and/or microfinance, and at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Human Resource Department Manager, Position 8
MA/BA Degree in Human Resources, Management, Public Administration, or a related field
Experience: 5/7 years of related work experience, with at least 4 years in banking and/or microfinance, and at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Position 9: Information System Department Manager Education: Msc/BSc in IT, MIS, and Computer Science
Experience: 6/8 years in related work, with a preference for 2 years in banking and/or microfinance.
Chief Executive Officer (position 10)
MA/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Experience: 8-10 years of related work experience, with 5 years of experience in banking and/or microfinance business in a managerial position.
