Principal Duties
Develop and implement thorough social media plans for customers that complement their target markets and business goals.
Across a variety of channels (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn), create captivating, superior content (text, photographs, and video) that appeals to target consumers. Keep an eye on, reply to, and interact with audiences on all social media platforms, encouraging a welcoming environment and answering any questions or issues. To assess the success of campaigns and guide future tactics, monitor, examine, and report on social media performance data. Keep abreast of the most recent developments in social media technologies, trends, and best practices to guarantee our clients stay relevant and competitive. To guarantee a consistent brand message and successful campaign execution, collaborate closely with internal departments.
Keep in constant contact with customers to inform them of developments, get their opinions, and make any strategy adjustments.
Qualifications
- a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a similar discipline.
- two or more years of expertise in digital marketing or social media management, ideally in a marketing or creative firm.
- strong knowledge of the advertising potential of numerous social media networks.
- Outstanding communication, editing, and writing abilities.proficiency with analytics systems (like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights) and social media management tools (like Hootsuite and Buffer). Possessing creative thinking and the capacity to provide original ideas and solutions. Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to oversee many tasks at once
