The call center representative is in charge of giving customers exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally answering questions, resolving problems, and addressing complaints. In addition to making outgoing calls and attempting to satisfy customers while adhering to corporate standards, the function includes taking incoming calls.

 

Primary Accountabilities:

To communicate and educate clients about new features and functions, keep up-to-date knowledge about the company’s goods and services.

Adhere to call scripts, quality standards, and performance objectives, among other corporate rules and procedures.

Respond to both incoming and outgoing calls promptly and expertly.

Give clients accurate information via phone, email, or chat about goods and services, billing, and account questions.

Determine the problems, grievances, or complaints from customers and promptly address them.

Handle and defuse issues while keeping the customer relationship pleasant.

When required, escalate problems to the relevant department and ensure that the consumer receives an acceptable answer.

To maintain records, keep a record of every conversation and engagement. Report any anomalies or patterns to the call center supervisor.

To improve the services, giving insights from client contacts and figuring out reoccurring problems or FAQs.

Suggest enhancements to this effect.

Perform any additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.
