We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to work collaboratively with other departments and the sales team at our growing company.

Position One: Sales Consultant.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Law, Sales & Marketing, or related fields from a recognized institution.

• Only selected candidates will take the entry exam. To secure this coveted seat, each candidate must perform well in both written and oral interviews. Applicants are encouraged to scan and understand real estate opportunities and value chains before applying for this position.

• Participants will receive world-class sales training and coaching, enabling them to qualify globally as a high-value negotiator and sales agent.

General Sales Consultant Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist buyers in finding the ideal property based on their unique preferences, priorities, and budget.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for available projects.

• Help buyers understand the value of Noah Real Estate’s projects.

• Stay informed about current projects, market conditions, pricing, financing, and legalities to provide valuable advice to clients.

• Inform your supervisor about potential customers and their insights, both in person and through other channels.

• Actively participate in internal and external events to increase brand visibility and generate leads across online and offline channels.

• Identifying and contacting potential buyers, conducting follow-up calls, visiting project sites, and closing transactions.

• Use digital and offline marketing tools creatively.

• Comprehension of marketing, sales, and the real estate industry.

• Ability to work independently under pressure.

Required number: 25.

Salary/Compensation: Attractive commission with performance-based bonuses.

Location: Bole, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Position 2: Sales Supervisor

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, law, sales and marketing, or a related field.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Set realistic and challenging sales quotas for each consultant.

• Provide regular feedback and coaching to sales consultants to improve their skills and overcome challenges.

• Conduct regular performance reviews for sales agents to assess progress, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

• Offer guidance on pricing, contract terms, and closing techniques.

• Manage sales pipeline to ensure smooth and efficient progress.

• Use data analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Actively pursue new business opportunities by networking, prospecting, and attending industry events.

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks or obstacles that may impact sales.
