First Position: Customer Service Representative I (Newly Graduated)

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, management, marketing, accounting, and allied business subjects.

 

Experience: No prior knowledge is necessary.

 

Only 2024 G.C. graduates who have at least a 2.5 CGPA can apply.

Pass the National Exit Exam.

 

The goal of the job is to raise resource mobilization efforts for the Branch by cross-selling the Bank’s goods and services, and to improve customer satisfaction by managing front-line customer service tasks with appropriate care and efficiency.

 

Workplace: Addis Ababa and its environs

 

Post 2: Trainee Officer I in Information Technology (Newly Graduates)

A bachelor’s degree in computer science is required. Information technology as well as any associated disciplines.

 

Experience: No prior knowledge is necessary.

 

Only 2024 G.C. graduates who have at least a 2.5 CGPA can apply.

Pass the National Exit Exam.

 

The goal of the job is to assist the Bank’s seamless operations by appropriately offering branches first-level technical help with regard to their requests for applications connected to the core banking system.

Senior IT Security Administrator, position four

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline is required.

 

Experience: Five and a half years of relevant experience, ideally in the financial sector, with two and a half of those years spent as officers.

 

The purpose of the job is to establish and implement security policies and procedures in order to ensure the security of the Bank’s technology resources and information assets.
