Work Summary
To support the Commercial Division’s administrative and financial activities, the Commercial Services and Assist Coordinator is essential. This role is responsible for overseeing budget tracking, managing payment procedures, settling accounts, and resolving distributor disputes. To guarantee accuracy, transparency, and compliance in all financial operations, this position necessitates tight coordination with the Finance team, Sales & Marketing, and outside distributors.
Important Tasks
Processing Payments: Handle and send in payment requests from the marketing and sales departments, making sure all necessary paperwork is in order and compliant with internal financial regulations.
Settling Management: Work closely with the finance team to guarantee prompt and accurate reconciliation by supervising the settling of costs associated with marketing initiatives and field sales team operations.
Handle distributor claims about promotional activations by receiving, confirming, and processing them while making sure that the correct validation and approval procedures are followed.
Budget Monitoring: Every month, reconcile the marketing and sales budgets with finance, look into any discrepancies, and provide justification.
Reporting: Keep tabs on and update pertinent stakeholders on budget use, unpaid invoices, and claim settlement developments.
Distributor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact with distributors about financial claims, responding promptly and addressing any inconsistencies or problems with documentation.
Documentation & Compliance: To support internal and external compliance standards, keep correct financial records, and make sure all documentation is prepared for an audit.
Concerning You
A bachelor’s degree in management, accounting, or a similar discipline
at least one year’s worth of expertise in an FMCG company’s sales administration
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; good attention to detail.Proficiency in data entry tools and Microsoft Office.
Capable of working under duress.
