In September 2020, the Ethiopia-Engineering Group (EEG) was re-established as a government business enterprise in accordance with FDRE Council of Ministers rule No. 475/2020. The primary goal of the group’s re-establishment is to empower it to take the lead in the growth of the nation’s heavy industries in order to fulfill the country’s ambition of becoming an industrial-led economy.

At the moment, it has nine subsidiary industries, each with its own manufacturing facilities spread around the nation. These include the following: Addis Machinery and Spare Parts Manufacturing Industry; Ethiopia-Plastics Industry; Bishoftu Automotive Manufacturing Industry; Akaki Basic Metal Industry; Metals Fabrication Industry; Construction Machinery Manufacturing Industry; Electronic Equipment Manufacturing Industry; Power Equipment Manufacturing Industry; and Addis Machinery and Spare Parts Manufacturing Industry.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Work Experience – Not Required
Bachelor of Arts Degree in HRM, Management , Public administration and developmental management.

Technical skills –Computer literacy and social media usage (e.g. LinkedIn) skills are frequently essential in this role

Candidate should be able to travel and work anywhere in Ethiopia.
